Design FAQ

  • Colors

    All colors need to be in CMYK format for printing. Due to the difference between screens and th printing process, there may be a 5-15% variance in color. Critical color match is NOT available.

  • File Types

    Ideally, all submitted artwork will be in vector format. Acceptable file types are .svg, .ai, .pdf, or jpg at 100% scale with a minimum DPI of 100. Message us to check your image quality if you are unsure.

  • File Specs

    Please convert all text to outlines. You can do this by selecting Ctrl+A and then Shift+Ctrl+O in Illustrator.
